9:04:06 AM Acting Chairman White  Call to Order, Moment of Silence, Pledge of Allegiance. Present were Commissioners Murdock and White, Deputy County Attorney Greg Sullivan and Acting Clerk to the Board Stephanie Young. Commissioner Skinner - excused as he is attending a 3-day jail conference.
9:05:19 AM Acting Chairman White  There was no public comments on any matters within the Commission's jurisdiction.
9:05:40 AM Acting Chairman White  Agenda Announcement: Request made by Heidi Jensen to pull Regular Agenda Item #5: Public Hearing and Decision on Request for a Preliminary Plat Approval for the Blackfoot Hills Major Subdivision - continued until February 14, 2007 and Regular Agenda Item #7: Public Hearing and Decisions Regarding a Request for a Variance from Section 10-G-1 of the Gallatin County Subdivision Regulations Regarding Roads, Bridges and Utilities in a 100-Year Floodplain and Request for Preliminary Plat Approval for the Triple Creek Meadows Major Subdivision.
9:06:45 AM Belgrade City-County Planner Heidi Jensen Noted that Regular agenda Item #7 has been removed from the agenda per request of the Flood Hazard Administrator, stated that this type of variance would go for review by the Planning board, because it is a bridge crossing a flood hazard zone. Will be continued for February 28, 2007

9:53:01 AM Commissioner Murdock I'm satisfied that this is a proper use of the family transfer exemption based on the testimony we've received, so I think that it complies with the subdivision regulations and the Montana code regarding family transfers, so I would move that we approve the Konkel family transfer exemption as proposed.
